Because magazines are printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
However, if your magazine arrives:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- unusable due to shipping or printing issues,
we will gladly provide a replacement copy at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Kindly write to hello@gusswithus.com within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order details and clear photographs of the issue
Once verified, a replacement copy will be shipped free of charge.
We offer free shipping across India. All orders are shipped through India Post.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation and typically delivered within 7 days of placing the order.
